How Fitness Class Training Began

Fitness Class Training (FCT) was started in August 2020 by then 8 year old George.  George told his parents one night that he was going to teach them fitness classes for $5 a month, with the money being donated to a local dog rescue organization.

In September 2021, FCT was granted 501(c)3 status by the Federal Government and officially became a charity.

Since starting FCT, George has taught fitness classes in his backyard, to his teachers, and to area businesses and schools, including a wildly popular elementary school run club. 

Hundreds of lunges have been performed, while thousands of dollars have been passed on to his favorite charities including Dog Star Rescue, Open Doors Outdoors, and local food pantries.
